The Dexter Torflex Lift Kit # K71-707-01 will offer you 2-5/8" of lift, so this will definitely help with the clearance, but you want to make sure you have at least 3" between the top of the tire and bottom of the wheel well/fender and around 1.5" between the side wall of the tire and side of the wheel well/fender.
